Our Premium Only Plan (POP) lets employees pay their portion of group health and other qualified premiums as a salary reduction—which means higher take-home pay for them and a lower payroll for you. They can then use their pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for unreimbursed medical expenses and/or dependent care.
