Winnie Skeates
Winnie lives in Hancock, NH and has fifteen years experience in
compensation, benefits, and performance management.
She has designed and implemented compensation programs at a number of New
England companies including Millipore, GenRad, National Grange Mutual Insurance
Company, and Nashua Corporation. Specific programs have included a skills-based
pay program for a national distribution center and a competency-based program
for production jobs at a major manufacturing plant. Other projects have
included the implementation of a management incentive program for a global
manufacturing company, the management of a comprehensive opinion survey
for 3,000 worldwide employees, the design of a common review date pay increase
system, and a compensation survey for the Town of Maynard, Massachusetts.
She is a Certified Compensation Professional and member of World At Work
(formerly the American Compensation Association). Her formal education includes
a Master's Degree from Harvard University, a Bachelor's Degree from Bates
College, and a Certificate in Pension and Benefits Administration from Bentley
College. She currently serves on the Steering Committee of the New England
Compensation Consortium.
