Suzanne L. Swanson, CEBS

Suzanne Swanson began her career with IPG Employee Benefits in 1986, after working with Mutual of Omaha. She graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Management. She continued her education in employee benefits by achieving the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist through the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

Suzanne has responsibility for the development and implementation of comprehensive benefit programs from IPG's Springfield, Vermont office. Through the integration of advanced web-based human resource technology, Suzanne continues to improve employees' comprehension and appreciation of their benefits package.

Suzanne currently serves her community as a board member of Main Street Arts and the Saxtons River Recreation Area and is an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Professionally, she is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, the Upper Valley Human Resource Association, as well as a number of other business development organizations. Suzanne is married with two children and lives on a small farm in Cambridgeport, Vermont.
