Marsha Dixon
Marsha graduated from Colby Junior College in 1964. She was a nationally
ranked ski racer in her youth and spent many years coaching ski racing at
Killington and Pico in Vermont during her spare time. She joined IPG in
1994 bringing over 25 years of business experience in Northern New England
where she formerly was a Commercial/Residential real estate Broker.
Since joining IPG Marsha has served on the Board of Directors of NH Health
Underwriter and as the Education Chair from 2000 – 2002. She was a
member of the Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield Advisory Board in 2003.
She is the lead consultant/broker to over 50 of IPG’s clients, including
many municipalities, school districts, associations, and hospitals. She
has extensive experience with self-funded plans and analyzing medical claims
and has been successful in advising her clients in wise long range planning
to implement wellness programs, save premium dollars and be prudent consumers
in the benefits arena. Working with municipalities and SAU’s requires
Marsha’s specialized knowledge of understanding labor issues in order
to overcome objections to change.
Marsha was selected by the American Biographical Institute as a member of the
2000 Notable American Women
