John A. Round
John currently serves as the Vice President of Administration at IPG Employee
Benefits in Keene.
Having graduated from Dartmouth College in 1992, John has been with IPG
since 1996. He developed, and now markets and manages, IPG's Flexible Benefit
Services division. He is also responsible for the firm's Government Mandate
Compliance work. Projects have included the design of a flexible benefits
program for a regional health care provider, an analysis of leave policies
for a multi-state food services organization, and the creation and implementation
of a benefits survey for a national engineering consulting firm.
An active member of the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation and
the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, John earned his
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through a joint
program between the IFEBP and The Wharton School of Business of the University
of Pennsylvania. He maintains memberships in the International Society of
Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, its Greater Boston Chapter, and
the Society for Human Resource Management.
He currently serves as a Board member of AIDS Services for the Monadnock
Region and regularly speaks to regional Human Resource Associations and
non-profit Personnel Committees on a variety of benefits topics.
