Helen Leach

Helen Leach joined IPG in 2003 with 14 years corporate experience emphasizing a strong background in Human Resources. She had extensive involvement with managing, administering and communicating the full scope of benefits in both union and non-union environments. Most recently she managed benefits for a $155 million national manufacturing company employing 1,400.

Helen is responsible for leading Benefit Technology efforts and for the introduction of IPG’s value-added products/services as well as managing product support and technical expertise.

Helen is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She continued her education in employee benefits attending various executive seminars with the Towers Perrin Professional Development Institute and the Keenan Flaglar Business School.

Helen has served on the Advisory Board for CIGNA Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, New Hampshire Celebrates Wellness and presented annually at the University of New Hampshire on Purchasing Managed Care.
