My Wave is a personalized web page provided by IPG as a central
communication and information center for human resources. This tool
provides direct access to us as your benefits consultant and to
a community of HR colleagues nationwide also using My Wave.
Further, it offers legislative updates managed by a dedicated national
HR and legal staff, including form templates and FAQ information
on COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and Section 125 Plans.
Other capabilities include a community bulletin board, a resource
library, and links to hundreds of other useful Internet sites. Finally,
the document Posting Center facilitates the instant delivery of
customized employee communication brochures and handouts for use
as payroll stuffers, internal newsletter articles or benefit plan
communications.
