Patti Hahn

Patti Hahn joined IPG Employee Benefits in 2008 as the Director of Administration.

Patti has over 22 years of corporate Human Resource experience emphasizing the design, communication and implementation of benefit plans. Patti began her career in Human Resources at the Keystone Insurance Company in 1987. In 1989, she moved to the Washington, DC area to accept a position with GEICO Corporation as a Benefits Analyst where she administered the company's pension and welfare benefit plans. Most recently, Patti worked at corporate headquarters for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a fortune 100 company, assisting with employee benefit transitioning in two corporate mergers with GE Aerospace and Lockheed Corporation.

Patti graduated from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a minor in Management. She continued her education and achieved a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
