Andrew F. Dillman

Andy has been in the insurance industry his entire professional career. After beginning as a group medical underwriter, he worked with a startup dental carrier and developed their financial reporting requirements. He then became a field representative with Mutual of Omaha. While at Mutual of Omaha he earned the Leader’s Circle Award for 6 of his 8 years, and in 1991 sold the most ancillary benefits in the county.

Andy moved to NH in 1994; where he was an Account Executive for a well respected insurance agency. He was promoted to the Director of Employee Benefits in 1999, and successfully grew the department to 7 employees. Andy joined IPG Employee Benefits in 2011 as Vice President, Business Development.

He has a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has achieved the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the Wharton School of Business.

Andy is a Past President and a member of the NH Association of Health Underwriters. He has served on the board of Advisors for Anthem BC/BS of NH, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Patriot Healthcare. Andy is a Past President and a board member for the Nashua Boys & Girls Club. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Endowment for Health in 2004, and now serves on the advisory board.

Andy can be seen as an usher at the First Church of Nashua, where he also serves on the Outreach board. He lives in Hudson, NH with his wife and two children.
